First Hill Rooftop Terrace

The rooftop terrace project encompasses a quarter-block surface on top of a prominent apartment building in the First Hill neighborhood. Overlooking downtown Seattle, and with unobstructed southerly views of Mount Rainer, this amenity renovation was a key component of a comprehensive renovation of building common spaces.
